approval of plumbing plans for new or replacement fixtures, installation of hot

The Electrical Permit Application is used
for approval of electrical work. Electrical Permits are issued and inspections
are conducted by Inspection Services.

Excavation Permit Application
The Excavation Permit Application is used for approval of Excavations that enter the City's right-of-way. It is used for sewer connections, water line installation or repair, and other projects. Additional applications may be necessary before or after you receive the Excavation Permit. See the application for more information. All excavations must be done according to the Excavation Specifications and Standards below.

Demolition Permit Application
The Demolition
Permit Application is used for approval of the proper demolition of structures.
The application includes Asbestos reports, disconnection of utilities,
inspection requests, and the Sewer Cap Off Permit Application which should be
submitted to the DPW Administration Office at City Yards at 840 Linden
Place Extension before submitting the Demolition Permit Application to

Sidewalk Permit
Application
The Sidewalk Permit Application is used for
approval to repair, replace, or install a sidewalk in the City's right-of-way.
All sidewalks must be done according to the Sidewalk Specifications and
Standards below.

The Curb Cut Permit Application is used for
approval to perform a curb cut into the City's right-of-way. All curb cuts must
be done according to the Curb Cut Specifications and Standards below. Some curb

Sewer
Cap-Off Permit Application
The Sewer Cap-Off Permit Application
is to cap-off and disconnect an existing sewer line.

Certificate of
Occupancy
The Certificate of Occupancy Application is required
for new residential and all commercial structures prior to occupancy. The
Certificate of Occupancy confirms the structure is safe for occupancy and is in
compliance with building codes.

of Compliance Application
The Letter of Compliance Application
is used for existing residential properties upon request. A Letter of Compliance
is usually requested by a bank or may be desired by a homeowner when selling the
property. The Letter of Compliance issued confirms the property's compliance
with building codes.
