The Elmira Police Department encourages everyone to report any type of suspicious activity or behavior.
If it is an emergency, DO NOT hesitate to Dial 911.
The best way to report suspicious activity is to call the Anonymous Tipline at
271-HALT
or 271-4258. Do not call this number if there is an immediate threat.
If the situation is not immediate, you can report information anonymously by completing the form below.
