Submit Event to Community Calendar

If you or your organization is sponsoring an event open to the public, submit it for publication to the Community Calendar by completing the information below.

Your event will also be posted to the Town of Big Flats Community Calendar on the Town of Big Flats website.

2. What is the date* of the event?

	Use Format: Month day, Year (example: January 9, 2002) or click select to find the date.
*	For events that occur multiple times (for example, every Thursday), submit each occurrence individually. For events that occur continuously (for example, April 5, 6, and 7) submit once with the starting date, but indicate below in Special Instructions the additional dates of your event. For events that occur continuously, but with changing details (for example, the start time on April 5 is 10:00am but the start time on April 6 is 1:00pm, submit each occurrence individually.

3. Please provide a description of your event

	Include important information that would make the event interesting to the public; such information as location, times, activities, music, children entertainment, food, prizes, prices, items to bring (lawn chair, blanket, picnic lunch), when to register, where to go, etc.
