The Elmira Firefighters will be standing in the streets with their boots collecting donations from motorists.  All donations will be donated to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. The International Association of Fire Fighters is a national sponsor of MDA and this is the Elmira IAFF Local #709's 7th annual event.
