I am committed to working diligently for my constituents by representing their thoughts and concerns on the City Council. Taxes and financial management is a sensitive issue to the citizens of Elmira and I have always been determined to ensure that Elmirans get the most for their tax dollars.

I am a graduate of Elmira Free Academy in 1949. After High School, I served my country in the US Marine Corp from 1951 to 1953, serving in Korea in '52 and '53. I worked as the superintendent of the Mark Twain Golf Course from 1963 to 1985 and as the manager from 1985 to 1995 when I retired. I have served on the City Council from 1996 to present.

I am a charter member of the Italian American War Vets, a member of the Board of Directors for the Arctic League, and the White Eagle Club. I am a member of the Elmira Kiwanis Club, Horseheads Elks Lodge, Knights of Columbus, and the John W. Jones Museum. I enjoy golfing, swimming, horseshoes, dressing lawn geese, boating, entertaining, and most importantly, spending time with friends and family.

I am dedicated to bringing the issues that matter to Elmira citizens to the attention of the City Council, and, if possible, carry out solutions for the enhancement of the City of Elmira.
