I was born and raised in the City of Elmira, where I graduated from Elmira Free Academy with a degree in business management courses.

I was employed in corporate management for over twenty-one years and was president and CEO of Bailey Associates Inc. for nine years. It is my intention to use these years of business experience to work to improve our City.

In the corporate world, you must make things happen through personal contact with other companies throughout the country and sell them on why they should do business with your company. If Elmira is to prosper, then we need to contact potential companies that we feel would be a good fit for our city to interest them in Elmira. This means personal contact and traveling to their location to present our plan and selling them on the idea of moving to Elmira. As a City Councilman, you have my word that this will be my top priority.

The Fifth District residents can be assured that I will do my best to make myself available to you when you need me. We have quality of life issues in our district and I will be working with city staff to correct these as best as we can. It is my hope that we will all work together to improve our district and our city.
