The Elmira Regional Public Safety Training Center was born in 2009 for the purpose of training our regional public safety 1st Responders.  The center holds NYS Certified Classes for both new recruits and seasoned Officers continuing their law enforcment training.  The center is also used by several of the area Fire Departments for training.
