We have marked on this map with red pin points where all of the splash pads are located in the City of Elmira.
The parks are also numbered so you can check the Public Parks Key provided to find exactly which park the splash pad is located in.
We also tried to put the points on exactly where the splash pads are in the parks to help when it comes to parking/finding the splash pad!
