Park Description
Quatrano Park is nestled back along Parker Circle and Parker Drive, off of Oak Street on the City’s Northside. Quatrano features volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, baseball diamonds, soccer nets, playground equipment, a pavilion, and horseshoe pit. Named for the City of Elmira’s Recreation Director, Quatrano Park is nice place to catch a tan and read a book.
