I am honored and privileged to be your representative on City Council! Being a lifelong resident who believes in Elmira and its future, I have and will continue to work for you to solve issues that affect our wallets, quality of life and services we receive, to make Elmira a better place to live, work and keep us safe on our roads, on our streets and in our neighborhoods. I salute and thank businesses who have a long history here, those new to the area and those who will open their doors here one day. The city has applied for another $10 million Downtown Revitalization Initiative grant and looks forward to the announcement this Spring to see if we are awarded the grant in this competition. We are hopeful, as we wish to improve the South Side by facilitating the return of business, rehabilitation of buildings, and locating a federally qualified health center. Our parks are an important part of our community that all can enjoy and we take pride in their upkeep and enhancements. Thank you 6th district residents for making Elmira your home and for being a part of our future. Please contact me with any thoughts, questions, concerns or issues you may have regarding our district or the City in general. Thank you.
